Our Guarantee

We stand behind every product we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

• Products must be at least half-full to be eligible for a return
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order
• Gift cards and final-sale items are not eligible for returns

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at hello@evergreenhandcraftedgoods.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days
3. If approved, we'll provide return shipping instructions
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product).

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange products for a different scent or variant. Contact us to arrange an exchange — the process is the same as a return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us with a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement right away at no cost to you.
