Processing Time

Orders are handcrafted and packed with care. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. During high-demand periods (holidays, product launches), processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: $5.99 (3–7 business days)
• Free Shipping: On all orders over $75

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS and UPS. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Delivery Area

We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time but is coming soon.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and will send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. Please ensure your address is complete and accurate to avoid delivery issues.
